Terms of Service
The terms for using STAG Media (Shoot Then Aim Gymnastics). Last updated 3 August 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the STAG Media website at stagmedia.co (the "Service"), operated by STAG Media ("Shoot Then Aim Gymnastics", "STAG", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What we provide
STAG provides live and recorded coverage of gymnastics competitions, a blog, community features, and an optional STAG+ membership. Live streams and replays are delivered through third-party platforms, including YouTube. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts and memberships
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure.
- Paid STAG+ memberships are billed through Stripe. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation options are shown at the point of purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
- You must be old enough to hold an account under the laws of your country.
4. Acceptable use
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on STAG. When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Post abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content in comments or chat.
- Harass, bully, impersonate, or target any other person, including any competitor.
- Post spam, scams, or content that has nothing to do with the event or discussion.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Redistribute or resell our streams or content without permission.
Every comment and chat message has a report option, and signed-in members can block another member so they no longer see their posts. We review reports and will remove content and suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, usually within 24 hours. You can also report a problem directly to stagmedianz@gmail.com.
5. Live streams from events
Live feeds are supplied by the event organisers and camera operators covering each competition, and go out live as the competition happens. We do not pre-screen every frame of a live broadcast before it airs.
We remain responsible for what appears on our platform. STAG may cut, remove, refuse, or take down any feed or replay at any time, including during a live broadcast, and we will do so if a stream breaches these terms, captures something inappropriate, or is the subject of a complaint we consider justified. If you see something wrong in a stream, email stagmedianz@gmail.com and we will act on it. Requests to remove footage of a person, including a request from a parent or guardian about a child, are covered in our Privacy Policy.
6. Content and intellectual property
Our event coverage, branding, and site content are owned by STAG or our licensors. You keep ownership of comments and messages you post, but grant us permission to display them within the Service.
7. YouTube API Services
Parts of the Service use the YouTube API Services to create and display our own live broadcasts and replays. By using those parts of the Service, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy explains how Google handles data.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep streams reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Questions? Contact us at stagmedianz@gmail.com.
