STAG stands for Shoot Then Aim Gymnastics. It started as a way to bring athletes, clubs, and fans together through honest content and shared momentum.

STAG was founded around a decade ago by David, with a vision to share more of the full gymnastics journey, not just polished highlights.
The goal from day one was simple: connect people across clubs and create a positive environment around men's gymnastics in New Zealand and beyond.

STAG runs weekly recap content, podcast episodes, and live competition coverage so the community has one place to stay connected.
We want the sport to feel active every week, with clear storytelling and easier access to what is happening.
